這款卡本內蘇維濃(Cabernet Sauvignon)紅酒是屬於酒莊的中高階酒款優質葡萄園系列(Vineyards Series,自家特定的葡萄園栽植最適合的品種，原料葡萄都是人力採收，再經人工篩選，以生產高品質的葡萄酒。

山頂(Hilltop)葡萄園於帕索布(Paso Robles)產區，在本園因應不同的土壤種植了卡本內蘇維濃和其他多種黑葡萄品種，運用在這款酒中增添豐富複雜的風味。它經過100%法國橡木桶熟成18個月，装瓶後再窖藏一年才上市。
酒色呈現非常深濃的紫紅色。聞起來有成熟誘人的黑醋栗、黑莓果香，以及丁香、香草、咖啡,甚至是薄荷巧克力的香氣等，感覺相當優雅酒體濃郁飽滿，圓潤醇厚、單寧細緻，口感上整體表現均衡，餘味持久。有10至15年的陳年潛力。
